About

ADHD isn’t a motivation problem — and it isn’t a character flaw.
It’s a nervous system and executive functioning difference that shows up in daily life, relationships, school, and work.

At ADHD Delta Coaching, I support adults and families to understand how ADHD actually works — and to build strategies that fit real life, not idealised routines.

My approach is practical, structured, and human. No rigid systems. No pressure to “try harder.” Just support that works with the ADHD brain.

Who I Support

Adults with ADHD

I coach adults who want practical, brain-friendly strategies for:

  • Planning and prioritising
  • Emotional regulation
  • Burnout recovery
  • Working with ADHD traits rather than fighting them

Adult coaching is structured, supportive, and grounded in real-world application.

Parents of Teens with ADHD

I also work with parents of teens, because lasting change doesn’t happen in isolation.

Teen coaching is most effective when parents are supported alongside their child. That’s why my parent–led teen coaching pathways focus on:

  • Reducing conflict at home
  • Improving communication and trust
  • Supporting emotional regulation and independence
  • Helping parents feel calmer and more confident

Parents are the decision-makers — and they deserve support too.

How I Work

Coaching with me is:

  • Structured, so you’re not guessing what to do next
  • Flexible, because ADHD doesn’t look the same for everyone
  • Supportive, without being overwhelming

I work through short-term coaching packages rather than casual sessions. This allows us to build consistency, momentum, and meaningful change — while keeping support contained and sustainable.

Depending on your needs, coaching may include:

  • Planning and follow-through support
  • Emotional regulation tools
  • Communication strategies
  • Parent guidance and family systems work

Support is always tailored, but the structure stays steady.

What Makes This Different

Many of my clients come to coaching after trying:

  • Advice that didn’t stick
  • Systems that worked briefly, then collapsed
  • Being told they just need more discipline

ADHD coaching here isn’t about fixing you or your family.

It’s about understanding patterns, adjusting expectations, and building systems that can flex when life does.

I bring a calm, non-judgemental approach — especially in high-stress family situations — while still providing clear guidance and boundaries.

If You’re Wondering Whether This Is the Right Fit

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

If you’re:

  • Feeling stuck or overwhelmed
  • Unsure whether support should focus on you, your teen, or both
  • Wanting practical help without judgement

We can talk it through during a short, no-pressure discovery call and decide what level of support makes sense.
